No miracle formula, no therapist role.

The aim is to help you put simple words to your situation, to take a step back and find practical guidance suited to your reality. You can come with a specific question or simply with the feeling of feeling stuck without knowing exactly why.

The support is based on hands-on experience, listening and education about sexuality. They do not replace medical or psychological care, sexological or therapeutic.

Alicia’s perspective

Desire, confidence, body image, taboos, pleasure and female experiences.

Steven’s perspective

Couple, communication, misunderstandings and a complementary male perspective.

Confidential

You only share what you want and your conversations never become content without your consent.

The right level of support

If the eBook or Déclic is enough, there’s no reason to push you toward a more expensive option.

Still hesitating?

You can compare at your own pace, start with the eBook or write to us before ordering. The goal is simply to choose the option that feels right for you right now.

Questions people ask me before getting started

I don’t know exactly what’s holding me back. Is that a problem?

Not at all. You can come with a very specific question, or simply with “I feel like something isn’t the way it used to be.” Part of our work is precisely to put words to what you’re feeling, sort through pressure, habits, communication, desire, trust, or circumstances, and then identify a concrete first step.

Is it only for couples who are struggling?

No. You can ask for help without being in crisis. Some people want to reconnect, while others want to better understand their desire, build confidence, communicate more easily, or prepare for a new stage in their relationship. Support can help you overcome difficulties, build something new, or explore more peacefully.

Can I come with my partner?

Yes. The 14-day and 30-day programs can be done alone or as a couple. We tailor our conversations to your situation and whatever makes you feel most comfortable.

Can we consult you to talk about swinging?

Yes. If you’re considering your first experience in the swinging lifestyle—or simply thinking about exploring it as a couple—we can help you talk things through before taking the plunge: what each of you really wants, your boundaries, your relationship rules, your fears, any jealousy, communication, and how to respect each other’s pace. The goal is never to pressure you into trying it, but to help you determine whether this desire makes sense for both of you and under what conditions it could be explored peacefully.

Is this sex therapy or a sexology consultation?

No. Our support is based on our hands-on experience, listening, sexual health education, and practical guidance. It does not replace medical, psychological, sexological, or therapeutic care. If your situation requires a healthcare professional, we’ll tell you.

What happens after I place my order?

For the Déclic Program, we’ll contact you to arrange the first of four 30-minute sessions, choose between Alicia and Steven, and agree on the format—video call or phone. The following sessions are spaced out to give you time to try things, take stock, and then make adjustments. For the 14- and 30-day follow-ups, we’ll work with you to arrange the start and choose the communication channels best suited to your situation.

Are our conversations confidential?

We handle conversations discreetly. We don’t publish your story or use your messages or experience as a testimonial without your consent. Depending on the channel you choose—WhatsApp, phone, or video call—the data is also subject to the terms of service of the service used.

What if I really don’t know which option to choose?

Write to us before placing your order. Simply explain where you are and what you’d like to change. If the Déclic Program is enough, we won’t push you toward the 14- or 30-day options. And if you’d rather start on your own, the eBook is also available separately. The goal is to choose the level of support that truly makes sense for you.
