and use of the Adopt1Toy website. They supplement the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC), the Shipping Policy, the Privacy Policy

and the Legal Notice accessible from the site. For any order placed on Adopt1Toy, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable reference contractual document concerning in particular prices, payments, deliveries, returns, right of withdrawal and warranties.

Article 2 – Acceptance of the terms

Use of the site implies compliance of these Terms of Service in the version applicable at the time of the consultation.

Placing an order is subject to acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale presented to the Customer as part of the ordering process.

No provision of these Terms of service may have the effect to remove or limit rights mandatory consumer rights recognized as required by applicable regulations.

Article 3 – Access to the site

Adopt1Toy implements reasonable means providing access to the site and its features.

The site may nevertheless be temporarily unavailable, particularly due to updates, technical incidents, maintenance, by the hosting provider or an independent event at SAS EVEIL's discretion.

Adopt1Toy is a website specializing in particular in the sale of products intended for well-being, relating to adult intimacy and sexuality.

Payments offered on Adopt1Toy may be processed by service providers specialized providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay, Google Pay or Apple Pay, when available.

Use of these services may also be subject to subject to the provider's own terms concerned.

Adopt1Toy does not directly store full banking details used to make secure payment by bank card.

The Adopt1Toy website, its visual identity, its logo, its structure, its original texts, photographs, videos, graphic creations, illustrations, compositions, layouts, mascots and other elements are protected, when they meet the required conditions applicable legal requirements, under intellectual property rights and other recognized rights by applicable regulations.

Certain photographs, illustrations, logos, technical specifications or other content are provided by manufacturers, of trademarks, distributors, or suppliers. They remain subject to the rights of their respective holders.

Unless prior written permission of the rights holder, any reproduction, representation, adaptation, extraction, modification, distribution or exploitation unauthorized use of a protected element is prohibited, subject to the exceptions provided for by law.

Article 12 – Adopt1Toy Graphic Universe and Mascots

The characters commonly referred to such as “the Adopt1Toy ducks” constitute a distinctive element and central element of the visual identity and the Adopt1Toy brand universe.

This universe originated in the form of a duck character designed and produced in 3D by the creator of the Adopt1Toy universe.

Based on this initial creation and its own visual references, various iterations were subsequently were developed under human artistic direction, in particular with the assistance digital tools and generative artificial intelligence tools.

The first iterations of this graphic universe were made publicly available to the Adopt1Toy website as of May 31, 2026.

The rights attached to original creations, models and compositions, graphic elements, human creative contributions and distinctive signs remain reserved to their respective holders.

Any unauthorized use likely to infringe the rights attached to protected elements of this universe may give rise to through the appropriate steps in order to stop the infringement and, where applicable, to obtain compensation.

Article 13 – Use of artificial intelligence

Certain visual or textual content featured on Adopt1Toy may be created, developed and reworked, corrected or finalized with the assistance AI tools.

These tools may be used in a process comprising in particular an initial human creation, artistic or editorial direction, instructions and selections, corrections and modifications and human review.

The use of such tools does not constitute authorization enabling a third party to reproduce or exploit the content or identity visual identity of Adopt1Toy.

Article 14 – Automated extraction and use

To the fullest extent permitted by the applicable regulations, SAS EVEIL / Adopt1Toy reserves its rights concerning extraction and reproduction and automated reuse protected content from the site.
