To get started, make sure the inside of the cap is clean and dry. Remove the protective film from the gel, then apply one pad at a time to the inside of the cap, on the outer side. Press gently for a few seconds to secure the adhesive. To remove them, carefully peel them off from the edge. For care, clean the adhesive gel with lukewarm water when it loses its stickiness, and let it dry flat: it will regain its grip. My practical tip: check the result in the mirror before going out—the placement makes all the difference.
