My review
Who it’s not for: If you have a known allergy to natural rubber or latex, explore our latex-free or hypoallergenic condoms. If you’re looking for maximum sensation (ultra-thin, textured, or flavored), other options in the range offer different profiles.
Description
Confortex Nature condoms are made from high-quality natural rubber. They are approved medical devices bearing the CE0120 mark and comply with Directive 93/42/EEC concerning medical devices. All condoms in this range meet the EN ISO 4074 standard, which specifies the requirements, characteristics, and test methods applicable to single-use rubber condoms. For me, certification and rigorous testing are essential — I only offer brands that go beyond the minimum standards.
Tested quality and safety
The testing methods applied to Confortex Nature condoms guarantee their quality and safety well beyond the requirements of international standards. 100% of the condoms are electronically tested and subjected to strict microbiological checks. Each box is printed with the expiry date and batch number for complete traceability. The shelf life is 5 years from the date of manufacture, giving you a comfortable window for use.
Technical features and dimensions
Confortex Nature condoms have nominal dimensions of 53 ± 2 mm in width and a thickness of 0.065 ± 0.015 mm. They come with an integrated water-based lubricant, making them easier to put on and improving comfort during penetration. If you want to increase lubrication, I consider this water-based lubricant compatible and recommended — never use silicone- or oil-based lubricant with rubber condoms, as it degrades the material.

Instructions for use and precautions
Open the condom from the notched side of the wrapper. Be careful not to damage it with the edges of the wrapper, fingernails, jewellery, or teeth — a tear compromises its effectiveness. Once opened, check that the condom is the right way round (you can gently blow inside it to check). Pinch the tip of the condom to expel the air and leave room for semen, then unroll it completely over the erect penis before any vaginal or oral penetration. After ejaculation, hold the condom firmly at the base while withdrawing to prevent leakage, then throw it in the bin — never down the toilet or into the street, as condoms are not biodegradable.
Who they are for and how to use them
Who they are for: Anyone looking for reliable, medically tested protection. The box of 144 units is suitable for active couples, people in multiple relationships, or groups and events. The economical format is ideal for regular use or collective purchases.
Who they are not for: If you are looking for maximum sensation or exceptional thinness, I would instead point you towards our collection of sensitive or textured condoms, which offer different sensations while maintaining the same level of safety. If you are allergic to natural rubber, latex-free alternatives are available in the catalogue.
A tip from a friend — Store this box in a dry place at room temperature, away from direct light and excessive heat. Check the expiry date before every use, even if the box has never been opened. A damaged or expired condom will not provide the expected protection — don't take the risk.
