It’s intuitive to use, but here are the details that make all the difference. Apply the desired amount to the area you want and reapply as soon as it dries—that’s the nature of a water-based formula. For anal play, be generous: the mucous membrane doesn’t self-lubricate, so you’ll need plenty. If you use a condom, apply the lubricant once the condom is in place. Everything rinses off with warm water afterward. Keep flavored lubricant for external play if your skin is sensitive to flavorings, and do a patch test on the inside of your wrist the first time. My tip: keep the bottle within reach so you don’t break the rhythm.
