My advice before putting them on: apply the adhesive strip to clean, dry skin, without any cream or oil—this is the key to keeping them in place all evening. Gently roll up the bottom to pull them on without tugging the fabric, then smooth the strip at the top of your thigh. To remove them, peel them off gently. For care, hand-wash them in cold water and lay them flat to dry: mesh hates the washing machine and spin cycle. One small habit that can save a pair: keep your nails away when putting them on, as that’s when snags happen.
