To get started: apply plenty of water-based lubricant, use the red light alone, and set the intensity to the lowest level. The 16-level SmoothRise ramp is designed to help you find your ideal setting without sudden jumps. Add the modes afterward, one at a time.
LELO recommends 15-minute sessions. Since Spectra is 100% waterproof, it can be used in the bath or shower without restriction.
After each use: clean with mild antibacterial soap and warm water, then dry completely before storing. Use water-based lubricant only — silicone and oil are not suitable for this material.
