It’s the kind of piece I’d describe as a second step: once you’ve got the classic jockstrap down, the mesh adds a variation that reignites the desire. Two drawbacks to know before buying. The supplier remains tight-lipped about the exact proportions of the textile blend, and above all, the openwork mesh needs careful handling: it snags easily and requires gentler washing than smooth models. If you’re not ready to give it that little bit of extra care, stick with the solid color.

This model requires the most care when it comes to maintenance: less snag-resistant than smooth fabric, the fishnet material means you should watch out for rings and fingernails when putting it on, and wash it at no more than 30°C—using a laundry bag is recommended. Do not tumble-dry it, as this can weaken the openwork mesh. For storage, lay it flat: if hung up, the fishnet structure may become misshapen over time.
