Choose from the four available sizes, S to XL, according to your actual waist measurement. When machine-washing, always turn the garment inside out and keep the temperature low: the elastane in the front panel is the first to deteriorate if you use too much heat. After washing, lay it flat to dry—hanging it by the waistband allows the wet weight to gradually deform the pouch. Rotate two or three pairs, and each one will keep its shape twice as long: an old saleswoman’s tip that applies to all stretch fabrics.
