My Review
Description
This bodystocking breaks new ground by focusing on a genuine eco-friendly approach—not greenwashing. The composition is fully sourced: ECONYL regenerated nylon (made from used nylon fibers and industrial waste) and ROICA V550 degradable elastane from Asahi Kasel. In practical terms, this means a 56% reduction in water consumption during production and a lower carbon footprint compared with conventional synthetics. The product does not cause allergies, does not fade, and does not bleed in the wash—three features I like to check on this type of piece.
Eco-friendly material and easy care
ECONYL nylon is “new-cycle” nylon: instead of crude oil, it uses recovered waste (fishing nets, used clothing, textile scraps). ROICA V550 elastane is formulated to degrade more quickly than standard synthetic elastane. Both materials are GRS (Global Recycled Standard) and OEKO-TEX certified—which means: no phthalates, no toxic substances, and independent testing. I consider these genuine certifications, not merely cosmetic labels.
For care: wash at a maximum of 30 °C and air-dry (do not tumble-dry). Avoid bleach and harsh fabric softeners. Store flat or hanging in a dry place. With this care routine, the piece will last for several seasons.
Cut and fit: one size
Here, one size means a figure-hugging approach without the need for precise measurements. The bodystocking adapts to feminine curves, highlighting them without an unpleasant compression effect. That is the advantage of this type of piece: no S/M/L debate, just a fluid fit. Note that the fabric’s slight stretch is essential for comfort.
Three colors, same composition
The bodystocking is available in black, red, and white. All three versions share the same composition (83% ECONYL, 17% ROICA V550) and the same eco-friendly certifications. The choice comes down to the visual effect and the occasion: black for timeless classic style, red for a bold statement, and white for a subtle look or contrast against the skin. There is no difference in durability or resistance to wear.

Who is it for, and what is it suited to?
Who it is for: Those looking for a sexy piece without eco-guilt. People who pay attention to the environmental impact of their intimate purchases. Those who love bodystockings but want a “cleaner” material than conventional synthetics. Perfect for a sensual display or a confident seduction.
Who it is not for: If you are looking for a piece with underwire or a rigid structure (this bodystocking is fluid and has no structural support), take a look at our structured lace or satin sets. If you are sensitive to elastane, even degradable elastane, it is best to test it first. If you want something vibrant or electronic, this is clearly not the product for you.
A friend’s advice— I think it is a good compromise: a simple, sexy piece with no fuss and a genuine eco-friendly approach behind it. Worth trying if you like bodystockings but have been hesitant because of their environmental impact.
